1 - Current Mortgage
Rates: Rates are provided by SIRVA Mortgage.
Interest rates are based on a 60-day rate lock and assume
property is a single family primary residence. The rates
assume a loan amount of $175,000. If the down payment is
less than 20%, mortgage insurance may be needed which could
increase the payment and APR. Due to various federal, state
and local requirements, certain products may not be
available in all areas. Other restrictions may apply.
Closing costs are not included in the APR. The total points
and additional prepaid finance charges are included in the
Annual Percentage Rate. For adjustable rate transactions,
rates are subject to increase after consummation. Rates are
subject to change without notice and may vary depending upon
your unique credit history and the transaction. In order to
receive a guaranteed rate, an application must be submitted
and an agreement must be signed by you officially locking
the rate.

Realtor Cash Back Program: To receive the
program benefits, customers must close their real estate
transaction with a SIRVA referred real estate agent. Due to
state regulations, the cash award is not allowed in AK, AL,
KS, KY, LA, MO, MS, NH, NJ, OK, OR, RI, SD, TN, WV; however,
if you choose to sell your home in these states through a
SIRVA referred broker, the benefit will be provided in the
form of a reduced real estate commission. If you choose to
use both SIRVA's preferred real estate network and SIRVA
Mortgage, Inc. (an affiliate of SIRVA Relocation) to
purchase your home in these states, SIRVA Mortgage, Inc.
will contribute 1/2% discount point to reduce your interest
rate at closing and provide an additional closing cost
credit. None of these programs are valid for corporate
sponsored relocations, co-ops, condominium associations
where the association has the right of refusal or mobile
homes. The minimum value must be above $75,000. Other
restrictions may apply.

Mortgage Reduced Closing Cost Program: Mortgage
Program is provided by SIRVA Mortgage. We will forward your
information to SIRVA Mortgage if you estimate your credit
status to be Excellent. This discount is not
applicable for customers with a credit status of Fair or
